There are two types of rooms. Rooms directly facing the pools are very nice and clean. Rooms in the man facility very very bad and old.

The lobby has no AC which is not comfortable. Also the rooms in the main building very old.

No facility in the room for smalls socks etc...

I’ve got the room on 6th floor room no.1617 so the weather was very hot because it is May. And the air condition working very slow. then I told the staff that the room temperature was very hot. then the staff came to fix it and inform us that this is the normal of the top floor room, it would be hotter than another. then I wait for the cool temperature about 2-3 hours , we recommend that if it is hot the hotel should have the way for solve this problem such as move a customer room to another room.

This hotel is close to the beach and restaurants has two swimming pools reasonable prices. They have 24/7 security, is safe. Easy to get public transportation. Breakfast buffet. Im very happy to choose this hotel.

Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised, nice spacious room & a balcony with a nice view. Close to the beach so good location as well. Great value for money

Design of the bathroom, it's very modern & looks great but it's all glass panels which means there is very little privacy

Reception staff were very rude and uncooperative. Attempted to extract charges that were not applicable. Bathroom design very poor as when showering water poured from surrounds of bath tub onto the floor which became dangerous. Poor lack of communication by management as one day when returning to room housekeeping had only half finished room and after complaining to reception found that all staff had to attend fire training. Whey not advise beforehand.

Staff is not helpful at all. When we reach, we have to carry out our luggage by our self to lobby even though staff have see us arrival, they still stand at there. During check in, we ask few question regarding hotel, they feel like don't want to answer our question.

Flies in the dining area, a problem in many hot countries but an electric fly killer would be good in there near the food buffet

Pool looked OK. Ground floor rooms next to the pool are the ones to go for.

the mattresses were hard but the pillows were something else! I've never felt pillows like them. Almost like sleeping with your head on a brick. I had to go and buy one from Tesco Lotus because I won't have been able to sleep otherwise! TV basically unwatchable. Poor reception and not too many English channels.

The beach is close, some shops are around, a bit far from the center and walking street but at least the beach is cleaner.

The girls- receptionists do not understand any English so it is usless to talk to them especially when you have a problem. The rooms are not well isolated so you can hear your neighbors especially late at night or early in the morning when they clap the door.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay! Good breakfast, big rooms, and comfortable bed. The rooms were very clean and the pools were nice. The hotel is located far from the busy streets.

The location was perfect for us. Short 2 minute walk to the beach which has sunbeds for 100 Bhatt and fresh fruit smoothies for just B30. There's an money exchange booth as you leave the hotel which gives the best rates [43B/£1], much better than the airport[41B/£1] . Take Sterling is my advice. There's a supermarket, street food vendors and taxis outside the hotel and the main road into central Pattaya is a nice 5 minute stroll. Catch a Bhatt Taxi from here for 10B [25 pence!!] Have the correct money though. The Hotel is large, pools are lovely, room is clean and room view can vary as there are rooms in all directions

Breakfast buffet had loads of flies on the food every day. None of the staff seemed to care about this

PRIMA VILLA HOTEL REVIEW (Pattaya Naklua)/ Dec 2017 Worst thing: The hotel breakfast is terrible. Very little for European taste. A lot flies flying around food tables (bad hygienia). All warm food pots are open (flies go in and the warm food is cold). And one thing which I have not seen during my 40 year history of staying in hotels around the world: The waiter was carrying extra food left on table by previous customers back to service table for the new customers (Only bread in this case. He was not using any plate, plastic cloves nor tweezers ). What else they do in kitchen or when the customers do not see? My wife got major stomach problem on same day which kept her sick in bed next night and day. Impossible to prove if the reason was the first morning breakfast, but we cannot invent any other reason for the problems. Never buy/eat breakfast in this hotel. When we arrived by noon our room was not ready (understandable) and the receptionist asked us to leave our suitcases (four heavy packs) behind her desk. However she didn’t do anything to arrange help for us. I had to carry all packages around 20 steps up from the street in hot 33+ Celcius sun shine. Later there was a bellboy helping us to get the luggage to our room, but the man was very careless and our suitcases were rolling on the street. Luckily nothing were broken. There were dogs fighting and barking outside the hotel buildings every night and keeping us awake. There was a night guard standing at the gate, but he had obviously something better things to do than hunt the dogs away. Room cleaning is happening very late , early day (they cannot do it when we are absent). Internet is not very fast and it is cut very often. So much online security that recovery is always manual. The hotel room itself was acceptable.
